CLASSIFICATION OF COMPUTER GAMES AND IMAGES ACT 1995 - SECT 24
24 Sale of objectionable computer game prohibited
A person must not sell, or attempt to sell, an objectionable computer game.
Maximum penalty--60 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months.
