CITY OF BRISBANE ACT 1924 - SECT 61
61 Rate may be levied or adjusted after end of financial year
The council may, in a financial year, levy a rate, or adjust a rate levy, even
though its resolution for making the rate was made in relation to an earlier
financial year.
