CITY OF BRISBANE ACT 1924 - SECT 48

(1) The council must make a general rate or differential general rates for each financial year.

(2) The council may, for a financial year, make and levy the following--

(a) minimum general rate levies;

(b) separate rates and charges;

(c) special rates and charges;

(d) utility charges.
