Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsA proceeding in respect of an offence against this Act shall be taken in a summary way under the Justices Act 1886 upon the complaint of a person authorised in writing in that behalf by the Minister whose signature shall, for this purpose, be judicially noticed.
