CIVIL LIABILITY ACT 2003 - SECT 51

51 Definitions for ch 3

In this chapter--

general damages means damages for--

(a) pain and suffering; or
(b) loss of amenities of life; or
(c) loss of expectation of life; or
(d) disfigurement.

injury means personal injury.
