CIVIL LIABILITY ACT 2003 - SECT 34

In this division--

function includes power.

public or other authority means--

(a) the Crown (within the meaning of the Crown Proceedings Act 1980); or

(b) a local government; or

(c) any public authority constituted under an Act.
