CONSUMER CREDIT CODE - SECT 20

20 Offence for noncompliance

A credit provider must not--

(a) enter into a credit contract that contravenes a requirement of this Division; or
(b) otherwise contravene a requirement of this Division.

Maximum penalty--100 penalty units.
