CHILD CARE ACT 2002 - SECT 99

99 Person conducting service and carers must be adults

(1) A child must not conduct a stand alone service.

Maximum penalty—5 penalty units.

(2) A person must not engage a child as a carer in a stand alone service.

Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
