Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) As soon as is practicable after the commencement day, the chief executive must give notice to each corporation that holds a licence continued in force under section 177 requiring the corporation to nominate an individual to be the nominee for the licence.
(2) For the period starting on the commencement day and ending 2 months after the chief executive gives the notice, section 45(1)(d)(ii) does not apply to the licence.
