Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A licence for a centre based service authorises the licensee to conduct a child care service at the premises stated in the licence, subject to the Sustainable Planning Act 2009.
(2) A licence for a centre based service may only authorise the provision of child care in 1 child care centre.
