Queensland Consolidated ActsWhile a prohibition notice is in force for a person, the person must not—
(a) provide child care in the course of a child care service; or
(b) be engaged as a carer in, or staff member of, a child care service; or
(c) provide care of a child, other than a child of whom the person is a parent or guardian, for reward; or
(d) provide education and care to children for an education and care service; or
(e) be engaged as a supervisor, educator, family day care educator, employee, contractor or staff member of, or perform volunteer services for, an education and care service; or
(f) carry out any other activity relating to education and care services.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
