CONSUMER CREDIT (QUEENSLAND) ACT 1994 - SECT 47
47 Obstructing inspector
A person must not obstruct an inspector in the exercise of a power, unless the
person has a reasonable excuse for the obstruction.
Maximum penalty--50
penalty units.
