Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A power under section 44 of this Act to require production of a document includes, for an unreadable document, the power to require production of a printed document in the English language stating the information contained in the unreadable document.
(2) In subsection (1)--
unreadable document means a document that is not in writing, not written in the English language or is not decipherable on sight.
