CONSUMER CREDIT (QUEENSLAND) ACT 1994 - SECT 41
41 Powers to be exercised to cause least inconvenience
An inspector must exercise a power under this division, in relation to a
credit provider, in a way that causes as little inconvenience to the credit
provider's business as is practicable, having regard to the purpose for which
the power is exercised.
