Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) An inspector--
(a) has the powers given under this Act; and
(b) is subject to the chief executive's directions in exercising the powers.
(2) An inspector's powers may be limited--
(a) under a regulation; or
(b) under a condition of appointment; or
(c) by written notice given by the chief executive to the inspector.
