Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsIf it appears to the chief executive that a credit provider has repeatedly engaged in unjust conduct in the course of a credit business, the chief executive may--
(a) ask the credit provider to execute a deed prepared by the chief executive under section 19 of this Act; or
(b) apply to a court for an order under section 21 of this Act.
