CONSUMER CREDIT (QUEENSLAND) ACT 1994 - SECT 16

(1) The District Court has jurisdiction to hear and decide an application made under this part and to make an order authorised by this part.

(2) While exercising its jurisdiction under this part, the District Court is to be constituted by a judge sitting alone.
