Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Any person who wilfully and unlawfully throws, leaves down, or otherwise deposits any explosive or noxious substance in any place whatsoever under such circumstances that it may cause injury to any person or damage to the property of any person, is guilty of a misdemeanour and is liable to imprisonment for 2 years.
(2) The offender may be arrested without warrant.
