Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Where a person is convicted of an offence under section 398 (where the offence relates to the stealing of an animal), 444A, 444B, 445, 446, 447, 448, 448A or 468, the court or magistrate may order to be forfeited to Her Majesty any vehicle, vessel, animal, equipment or other property or thing used in connection with or to facilitate the commission of the offence of which the person has been convicted.
(2) Anything forfeited to Her Majesty pursuant to this section shall be dealt with or disposed of in such manner as the Attorney-General directs.
