CRIMINAL CODE 1899 - SECT 228B

(1) A person who makes child exploitation material commits a crime.

Maximum penalty--10 years imprisonment.

(2) In this section--

make child exploitation material includes--

(a) produce child exploitation material; and

(b) attempt to make child exploitation material.
