(1) Any person who engages in penile intercourse with an animal is guilty of a
crime and is liable to imprisonment for 7 years.
(2) For subsection (1) , the
definitions "penile intercourse" and
"engages" in penile intercourse with another person in section 6apply as if a
reference in that section to another person were a reference to the animal
mentioned in subsection (1) .
