Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsThe commission officer must consider the claim and may withdraw the requirement in relation to which the claim is made or advise the person that the person may be required to attend before a commission hearing to establish the claim.
Note--
If the requirement is not withdrawn, the person may be given an attendance notice under section 82 to attend at a commission hearing to establish the claim.
