Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Any information, document or thing in the commission's possession may be used and dealt with in performing the commission's functions, but otherwise must not be given to or made available for inspection by any person without the commission's express written authorisation.
(2) Subsection (1) is subject to sections 293 and 317.
