CRIME AND MISCONDUCT ACT 2001 - SECT 61
61 Commission's functions not to limit proper performance of similar functions by other entities
(1) The conferral of functions on the commission does not limit police power
or the power of another entity to perform similar functions.
(2) Subsection
(1) is subject to sections 47 and 48.
