CRIME AND MISCONDUCT ACT 2001 - SECT 17
17 Conduct outside Queensland may be official misconduct
Conduct may be official misconduct regardless of--
(a) where the conduct
happens; or
(b) whether the law relevant to the conduct is a law of
Queensland or of another jurisdiction.
