Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if a party has been ordered to pay the costs of another party whether under section 71 or otherwise, and the party, before paying the costs, starts another proceeding before the tribunal against the other party.
(2) The tribunal may order a stay of the other proceeding until the costs are paid.
