Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The tribunal may at any stage of a proceeding amend the particulars of any pleadings in the way it considers appropriate--
(a) on application, if the tribunal is satisfied that no party is unfairly prejudiced by the amendment; or
(b) on its own initiative, if all the parties agree.
(2) The amended pleadings are taken to be the pleadings.
(3) In this section--
pleadings means--
(a) an application; or
(b) a defence and any counterclaim.
