COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION ACT 1990 - SECT 49

49 Power to impose terms on orders etc.

Subject to this Act, an order, direction or decision made under this Act by the Supreme Court or a District Court may be made on such terms and conditions (including terms and conditions as to costs) as the Supreme Court or the District Court thinks just.
