COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION ACT 1990 - SECT 13
13 Position of person appointed by the court etc.
An arbitrator or umpire appointed pursuant to a power conferred by this part
shall be deemed to have been appointed pursuant to the provisions of the
arbitration agreement.
