(1) The State Coroner must establish a register of all deaths or suspected
deaths investigated under this Act.
(2) The register must contain the
following information for each death—
(a) the date on which the person’s
death was reported or otherwise brought to the coroner’s notice;
(b) a
summary of any findings of the investigation, including any inquest;
(c) a
summary of any comments made at any inquest.
(3) For each death or suspected
death that a coroner investigates, the coroner must give the information
mentioned in subsection (2) to the State Coroner.
