CORONERS ACT 2003 - SECT 78

(1) The Governor in Council may appoint a magistrate as the Deputy State Coroner.

(2) The appointment--

(a) is for an initial term of not more than 5 years; and

(b) may be renewed once for a term of not more than 5 years.
