Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsIf an order that a cooperative be wound-up is made under this division, the provisions of this Act relating to the winding-up of cooperatives apply, with any changes that are necessary, as if the order had been made on an application filed in the Supreme Court by the cooperative.
