Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A member of a cooperative is not entitled to avoid any obligation or liability as a member under a contract, deed or other document entered into as a member on any ground relating to minority.
(2) A person who is under 18 is not competent to hold any office in a cooperative.
(3) A member of a cooperative who is under 18 is not entitled to vote.
(4) This section applies only to individuals.
