Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsA reference in this Act to a contract or agreement in respect of the payment by a debtor for services supplied by another person does not include a reference to a contract or agreement that is solely a contract of service that creates the relationship of employer and employee between the debtor and that other person.
