Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The registrar may delegate any of the registrar's powers under this or another Act, other than this power of delegation, to an appropriately qualified person.
(2) In this section--
appropriately qualified, in relation to the exercise of a power, includes having the qualifications, experience or standing appropriate to exercise the power.
