BIRTHS, DEATHS AND MARRIAGES REGISTRATION ACT 2003 - SECT 33
33 Stillbirths
For this Act, a stillborn child is taken to have died--
(a) when the child
left the mother's body; and
(b) at the place where the mother was when the
child left the mother's body.
