442 Application of s 218
(1) Old section 218 continues to apply in relation to a contract for the sale
of a proposed lot entered into before the commencement as if the amendment Act
had not been enacted.
(2) New section 218 applies only in relation to a
contract for the sale of a proposed lot entered into after the commencement.
