(1) This section applies if a constructing authority has given advice
mentioned in section 51(1) to the body corporate for an existing scheme in
relation to a boundary change for the lots included in the scheme that
happened after the pre-adjustment order entitlements for the scheme were
decided.
(2) The changed entitlements for the existing scheme must take
account of the boundary change, having regard to the lot entitlement
adjustment advice obtained by the body corporate under section 51(2)(a) in
relation to the boundary change.
