Pre-commencement adjustment actions cease to have effect
377 Pre-commencement adjustment actions cease to have effect
(1) Each pre-commencement adjustment action ceases to have effect at the
commencement.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1)— (a) the pre-commencement
adjustment action is taken to have never been made; and
(b) no further action
may be taken in relation to the pre-commencement adjustment action.
