BODY CORPORATE AND COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT ACT 1997 - SECT 360

360 Existing appeals

(1) This section applies if—

(a) immediately before the commencement of this section (the
"commencement" ), a person was entitled to appeal under section 289 or 304 to the District Court but had not started the appeal; or

(b) an appeal was started under section 289 or 304, but not finished, before the commencement.

(2) The appeal may be started or continued under this Act as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
