Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsThe number of lots included in a community titles scheme could be increased (and the establishment or enhancement of a layered arrangement of community titles schemes avoided) through the progressive subdivision of lots under the Land Title Act, part 6A, to create further lots included in the scheme.
