26 Changing structure of scheme
(1) A layered arrangement of community titles schemes is established if a lot
included in a basic scheme is subdivided to create a new
community titles scheme.
(2) A
layered arrangement of community titles schemes may be changed by the
progressive subdivision of lots to create subsidiary schemes. Note—
Schedule 1 , part 5 gives an example of progressive subdivision to create
subsidiary schemes.
