Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A layered arrangement of community titles schemes is established if a lot included in a basic scheme is subdivided to create a new community titles scheme.
(2) A layered arrangement of community titles schemes may be changed by the progressive subdivision of lots to create subsidiary schemes.
