Who may make an application
238 Who may make an application
(1) A person, including the body corporate for a community titles scheme, may
make an application if the person— (a) is a party to, and is directly
concerned with, a dispute to which this chapter applies; and
(b) has made
reasonable attempts to resolve the dispute by internal dispute resolution.
(2) This section is subject to sections 183A and 184 to 186 .
