(a) there is a
registered mortgagee of a lot included in the scheme; and
(b) there is in
place insurance required under the regulation module applying to the scheme.
(2) The mortgagee’s interest in the lot mentioned in subsection (1) (a) is
taken to be noted on the policy for the insurance mentioned in subsection (1)
(b) .
