168 Meaning of by-laws
(1)
"By-laws" , for a community titles scheme, are provisions that appear in the
community management statement under the heading of “BY-LAWS”.
(2)
However, if the community management statement does not include provisions
that are, or that purport to be, the by-laws for the scheme, the
"by-laws" for the scheme are the provisions stated in schedule 4 .
