Schemes for which there is no committee for the body corporate
120 Schemes for which there is no committee for the body corporate
(1) This section applies if, under a regulation module applying to a
community titles scheme, there is no committee for the body corporate.
(2)
However, this section does not apply to a specified two-lot scheme.
(3) The
body corporate, in writing, may authorise the body corporate manager to
exercise the powers (
"authorised powers" ) of a committee for a body corporate and an executive
member of a committee.
(4) The body corporate, in writing, may revoke the
authorisation at any time.
