Code of conduct for committee voting members
(1) The code of conduct in schedule 1A applies to each person (a
"committee voting member" ) who is— (a) a committee member for a
community titles scheme; and
(b) a voting member of the committee under the
regulation module applying to the scheme.
(2) On becoming a
committee voting member, the person is taken to have agreed to comply with the
code of conduct.
(3) If a committee voting member breaches the code of
conduct, the member may be removed from office in the way prescribed under a
regulation.
