Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to this division, a person who is given, or is entitled to be given, an information notice for a decision under part 4 (the original decision) may apply for a review of the decision under this part.
(2) The review must be, in the first instance, by way of an application for internal review under section 93.
