BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY PAYMENTS ACT 2004 - SECT 90
90 False or misleading statements
A person must not, for an application made under this part, state anything to
the registrar the person knows is false or misleading in a material
particular.
Maximum penalty--50 penalty units.
