Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Before deciding the application, the registrar may, by notice given to the registrant, require the registrant to give the registrar, within a reasonable period of at least 28 days stated in the notice, further information or a document the registrar reasonably requires to decide the application.
(2) The registrant is taken to have withdrawn the application if, within the stated period, the registrant does not comply with the requirement.
